My April Glam Bag

My first Glam Bag! I was scared because I've been hearing a lot of negative reviews but I'm dissappointed. I must admit when I first opened the package I didn't think there was anything in the bag because it was so thin and light. The Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Perversion is my favorite. I think its only a travel size but for some reason I like it better than the original glide-on pencil. It's thinner and the packaging is so much better. And everyone knows that these 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils work amazingly. They defiantly live up to their 24/7 claim. The brushes are nice and soft. I'm not a big brush person so I don't know if they're good quality but they seem okay. I'm also not a big fan of false eyelashes. The one's I got are DRAMATIC. Again, I don't know anything about eyelashes so I don't know about the quality. And lastly, I received the Dermstore Lip Quench. This "lip treatment" is disgusting! It smells like strawberries but it taste awful! I will not use it ever again.

I'm going to give MyGlam Bag one more try. If I don't like the products I receive next month I'm defiantly canceling. Today I actually signed up for Birch Box so hopefully it works out better for me :)

NYX Lipsticks

I just bought two new NYX Lipsticks and let me just tell you, I'M IN LOVE. Lately I've been obsessed with Snow White and Vamp makeup so this Lipstick was perfect for. It looks beautiful on. I'm going to be wearing this a lot in the fall. Pure Red is retro and fun. The best part is that you can wear it matte in the daytime and then put gloss at night. I haven't tried it on my lips yet so I don't know if it's drying. They both are long lasting I can tell because right after I swatched them they were super hard to take off! They were both pretty cheap so for the price they are really good quality. 

What are your favorite NYX Lipstick colors?

Ombre Hair

I really want to try ombre hair for spring/summer. I know some people might say the ombre trend is over but I don't care. It's great for brunettes that just want to go lighter for spring and summer and it can be easily grown out. What do you guy think? Yay or nay?

E.L.F. Mineral Lipstick

I just bought 2 new e.l.f. Mineral Lipsticks. I know they look really similar but there is one big difference that the camera doesn't capture and you have to look REALLY close to see. Pouty Petal has a hint of golden glitter. Like I've said before I'm not a fan of glitter but this color is so gorgeous! Runaway Pink is also a nice color but nothing really special. It reminds me of my CoverGirl Lip Perfection Lipstick in Darling. The formulas are soft and creamy and seems pretty long lasting. Overall I would say that I'm not impressed by these lipsticks. For $5.00 I could get an even better lipstick from NYX. Maybe I just need to try different colors. If you have these lipsticks what colors would you recommend?
